Our Fellowship
Karine is a lifelong educator and learner. Beginning as an early years, primary and FLE specialist teacher, she then studied the Montessori pedagogy with AMI. Having later trained with the IB Primary Years Programme, she has held various leadership roles internationally, developing skills as a mentor, fostering innovation and collaboration. The principles of Positive Discipline are integral to her methodology.
KarineCo-Founder 
Mark brings over 20 years of expertise in teaching English, ESL and Personal Development to learners of all ages in various countries, embracing and enjoying cultural diversity. With a business background, he has developed exceptional communication skills which inspire learning, creativity and an appreciation for different perspectives in every setting.

Wardah, a 3-6 AMI-certified directress, brings 15+ years of Montessori expertise. From her start as an assistant in London to head teacher in Jeddah and education coordinator in Istanbul, she exemplifies dedication to Montessori principles. Now a mother of three, she integrates Montessori as both a professional approach and a lifestyle.

Trainer and coach Karine supports companies, educators and individuals through individual and group sessions. Specialising in soft skills, she provides concrete and pragmatic tools to foster collective intelligence, encouragement, cooperation, motivation, as well as conflict and stress management, enhancing effectiveness and well-being in both professional and personal relationships. She holds French-British nationality.

Vanessa, passionate about project management and communication, leverages her expertise to support businesses and organizations in implementing ambitious initiatives.
